I need to know how to re-index a single file in TAM from a DOS prompt ( TAM 10.8 ).  I know it can be done from a DOS prompt, but I forgot how.  So I sign onto the KB (very elaborate).  My password doesn't follow guidelines, it said, so I have to reset it.  It followed them just fine but Applied doesn't know how to say that the password expired.  Finally get to typing in a question.  It prefills and shows a count of the available items.  Good.  The items show up, but none of the relate to the question.  Maybe #64, but #1 through 10 all appear to be something else.  This is not AI.

Still have the question.  Maybe someone here can tell me?

Figured it out.   Comment about KB still stands though.  :)

Would Applied actually put those directions in the KB?

And I agree that the KB is not real helpful a lot of times.

Totally agree about KB....sucks...I can SELDOM find the help I am looking for.  The OLD KB was just fine - and useful.
