I left an inquiry on the Vertafore support system on 7/23. I have not heard anything back. Not too surprising, I'm sure they are incredibly busy with sales. Right. :o

Oh no, I'm not posting or calling on behalf on Alice. I understand she's a big girl and doesn't need my help. :)
The issue concerns a non-agency management software and I don't believe she uses it.
I figured "they" would be watching this board for tweets and twits and I would notify them this way, but no results so far.

did you post/submit at MyVertafore.com? If you don't mark as critical to agency operations, it could take a few days. If you didn't post there...don't know what to tell ya ;)
