We had a problem with reconciliations recently and by coincidence I noticed a lock file that I'd never seen before, in AS_LOCK. File name was PSMALL-3.2001 where SMALL-3 is the client ref and 2001 the policy line: this client record was the one causing the problem. Support sorted it for us but I wondered if it was simply a lock file that wouldn't go away. Anybody enlighten me?
