Memos Printing in Close Day

Good Morning,  I have a user that creates a memo, prints it and then the memo is also being printed in Close Day.  We recently upgraded to TAM 2013 so possibly there is a setting or permission that I need to change or update??  Any thoughts?  Thanks.

Is this user saying "yes" that the memo has been printed successfully?  If not, it could go into the pending memos and may print at close day from there.  Just a thought that this may be a user issue and not a software issue.
