Dumb question regarding Excel...

...but I'll ask anyway.

Why would the arrow keys on my workstation keyboard no longer work in any Excel spreadsheets?  It doesn't matter if they're saved ones or new ones, I can't use the arrow keys to go to any other cells.

I don't recall doing anything odd or unusual while working in Excel, and this began happening this week.

Sometimes I am having to close Excel, then relaunch it due to similar issues.

Have to say I am not a big fan of ver. 2013.  It could be my pc, but I find Excel and Word performance spotty/clunky.

Ding  Ding  Ding  We have a winner!!  Jan was correct!  I must've hit the scroll key while aiming at something else.  And, I had no idea that was one of the functions of the scroll key!  (What I never use, I have absolutely no knowledge of!!)  ;D

Love that it was that simple....makes life at the office more pleasant!!  Glad that was it!
