Request for feedback on UniTrends

We're looking to replace or upgrade our current backup solutions. I'm intrigued by the UniTrends product (www.unitrends.com). Anybody here using it?

Looks interesting, but no experience with it.  I like the fact that they don't nickle and dime you all over the pace, but I wonder what the price is in the end.  Have you ever looked at this BDR? http://www.agencytechsolutions.com/backupservices.html
