ACORD Certificate Changes Webinar - March 24, 2010
Effective September 2009 and December 2009, ACORD made changes to ALL of it's certificates and evidences of insurance forms, including the ACORD 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 27, and 28. For example, NONE of these forms now include a cancellation provision, though we expect that agents will continue to be asked for this.
On March 24, 2010, we will be presenting a national one-hour webinar focusing on the ACORD 24 and 25 changes. The program will also discuss issues related to the ACORD 27 and 28 and lender demands for older form editions, along with issues related to the ACORD licensing agreement and agencies that have agency management systems that have not been upgraded to include current ACORD forms.
The presenters are national certificate of insurance experts Bill Wilson, director of the Big "I" Virtual University and Bill Perkins, Florida Association of Insurance Agents instructor and frequent speaker at IRMI's Annual Construction Risk Conference.

Sounds like something we should participate in.  How to handle those requests that refuse to accept what is current.
Thanks for the info, Jim.
