Drag and drop email issue

Just occasionally one or two users find that their Attachments folder does not clear out the temp files that TAM uses during the D&D process, so the process becomes really slow until you delete them from the folder.

It seems a bit random, anybody seen this before and is there a fix?

We're using etfile, and no longer do the "drag and drop".  Would be the same for PaperWise users.  Sorry.
