Hopefully this gets a quick fix, but is has been recently found that with the removal of the ASMail programming pieces from 11.0, emails that were attached from Outlook from the versions that used the EIM folder for attachments instead of ATTACH (late 2003 for us) are no longer able to be opened. You may be able to read them in the preview pane, but will receive an error when trying to open the email. A PMR has been opened, #252897 and has been given 'critical' priority.

To get a better view of the email, click on Options and send through Email.  You can then read the original email which appears in the body of a new email.

Not sure what happens to any files that were attached to the original email.  Does anyone know if files could even be attached to emails back then?
