East Coast - West Coast- Power Outage DR Plan

Any agencies out there lose power or production in the wake of all the events in the last two weeks?  California Power outage, East coast flooding, Texas fires.

On a less serious note, I heard that many people in gated communities in California, couldn't get in or out of their homes because of the power outage.
