Applied Online Chat Support not working today?

I tried two different times this morning to launch an online support chat.  Both times before a tech even got onto the chat with me, it closed prematurely with the usual "Thank you for using chat support...."  Anyone else having trouble with it today or is it just me?

I just noticed I now have two open support calls placed 3 seconds apart.

I didn't think it opened till 8am central.  Maybe it's 8am in each of our timezones?

I don't think I've used it since they launched the new chat product.  I'd made sure that you are not using an old link or shortcut though.

Oh I don't know, maybe that's what it is then.  When I'm at work I expect everyone else to be at work too.   ;)

FYI - Support just called me and said they have been having some intermitten issues with chat today.  Hopefully it will get straightened out soon.
