One citrix user getting this when trying to drag and drop, also "error occurred while displaying router". Any ideas please? Support suggest recreating citrix profile.

Me and TAM used to have a thing but we've split amicably. She got the kids, I got the Camaro and the maid.

Is it only happening to one user? Usually this message indicates there's a file in the unrouted folder that doesn't have an extension on the file name, often from a failed bardcode scan. Check the folder and if the filename is numeric, add .tif to the end of the filename. Otherwise try .pdf. Once the file has an extension, even if it's not the correct one, the router should work fine.

If it's a mis-scan wouldn't deleting it be more appropriate?

Could be, I'll leave that to the user.

Exactly my advise - sure as snot if you delete it, they'll have only scanned it once, didn't catch the error and it never gets attached. If you don't, you can at least check later to make sure they did something with it.

Colloquialism for those living in cold climes???

Or for someone in Hawaii just taking off their face mask after diving?

Any possibility it could have morphed from "sure as not" ?

Yeah but that's not as funny.

To be frank (just don't call me Frank), I'm not sure if I mistyped or not. It is something that I seem to recall saying in the past. Perhaps a cleaner version than the other one that has the same first and last letter. Every now and then this septic pulls out an unusual colloquialism. (can someone find the one buried in this post?)
