It is time to clean-up our cache of TAM form letters.  Does anyone have recommendations or cautions regarding this process?

I alaways take a copy of the document before deleting it from TAM - copy it out of the doc folder on the network drive into another folder - I call mine old tam docs and then go into formletter setup to delete them.

Good tip. I have had cases where someone always wants the one I've deleted.
