New problem - turned out they have WAY too many custom decs.  On top of that, they weren't maintained as updates were loaded, so some no longer function.

Specific to bonds - any ACORD app form any of you use instead of custom decs?

Otherwise, I'm going to have to redo all of the various bond forms they have out there.

Thanks.

Nope....we use all custom decs....

Hehe...  ;D

I was going to answer but for fear that perhaps I was doing it wrong still using custom decs, waiting for someone to reply.  :)

Nothings changed...

I think this is one spot that custom decs work just fine.

My posts are a natural hand made product. The slight variations in spelling and grammar enhance its individual character and beauty and in no way are to be considered flaws or defects.

Agreed, custom dec for bonds.  You can actually just create one custom dec that will work for all types of bonds, thats what I do.  I have heard some agency's do a different one for the bid bonds but I don't go that far.

(i used to joke that i'm the bond queen or call myself 007 but now i say that i'm into bondage - sounds more fun  :D)

LOVE the last line of your comment!  And yes, that's how I found I had a problem - I was trying to look at the tons of bond types they've set up to see if they could be combined, and found everything bombed out.  (See other "help" plea on custom decs).

Hey, I was a Bond Girl for a while too.  Glad to be out of it!

Lance, you have my sympathy!  Sounds like you've got a real mess on your hands.

Remember the old days of manually typing the bonds up with carbon paper, no white out allowed - you goofed, you started over?

Cool another Bond Girl. I know what you mean, sometimes I wish I were out of it.

But, once a Bond Girl always a Bond Girl - you never really leave.  (It's like the mafia)   ;)
