Is there a way to move a policy from one customer to another?  I have moved policies on a single customer through UT, Forms, Move Policies.

Thanks!

I thought the way to do that was to move to Prospects and them move back to clients under the client you want to combine with.

2 ways, neither are totally clean. You can move the client to prospects, choosing to only send that policy and no memos, activities, etc., then send back to client and change the client code to the destination client. The other is to make use Conglomerates - make the originating account the parent and the receiving client the child. It will ask if you want to copy any policies, then say yes and follow through (I could have the parent/child relationship backwards).

If it's a downloaded policy, the other option is to delete the policy number from the billing screen and have the policy resent. Unless you have the "create billing screen" option checked for that carrier, the policy should go to suspense and you can assign it whereever you want it. So I guess there's potentially 3 ways.
