Internet Pages Shrinking

We have had this in the past, but it happens so rarely, I can not remember what causes this or how to fix it. When a user opens the internet, our home page is fine. When they navigate to a company site, it immediately shrinks to the point that you can not read. You can manually change the size back to 100%, but that does not work, it stays small. Suggestions? Thanks!

Lori - have you tried changing the Text Size in the View menu?
Sometimes the percent change on the bottom right of the screen does nothing and changing the text size works better.

Can you hold CTRL key and wheel your mouse?  Should resize.
