Security Warnings / WinServer2008

How does one get rid of the messages "The publisher could not be verified.  Are you sure you want to run this software?"  We installed a Windows Server 2008 and it likes to give these messages when running things.  Such as when starting TAM and some other programs.

Is there a certificate implementation that can fix this easily, quickly etc.?

Think it's coming from IE7 or Ie8 on server.
