TAM 11.0 - Another issue

I'm in the process of revising and updated all our form letters.  I've found that when I add and IF statement, it appears that a portion of the letter disappears.  Once I save the changes and go back into the letter, the "missing" items are still there. 

Not that big a deal, but a hassle of more changes are needed further along in the letter.
