Just curious - is this version mostly bug-free?

Bug free is highly unlikely, software always has plenty of code issues, some known, some undiscovered - and depending on your use, you may find a particular app to be "bug-free" while another user finds it unbearably buggy. 

I believe most of our business units are 10.7 or 10.8 - not bug free, but functional.  I suspect 11, if it incorporates anything approaching a major rewrite (as a major version bump would indicate), will definitely introduce some new undocumented features (bugs).

I would not be surprised if an outfit like the Hub group was an early adopter, they are likely already running a pilot of it.
