Help with attachments please

This morning all users are unable to access attachments (!) - get Error 3, cannot find path....but path is to the applied drve which is accessible. We can add new attachments but not view old ones. Have logged wth support but anybody know a solution?

Fixed now - needed to go into System Setup and correct routing file path there to simply J:\Applied. Panic over  :)
