Need TAMOnline Evaluation Info

I've been asked to evaluate TAMOnline for our agency.  Does anyone have any comments or information that they can pass along to me?  I haven't spoken with Applied yet about pricing, but will be doing so soon.

I just watched the end of an AS webinar called "TAMOnline - Real Users Answer Your Questions" and they paint a pretty rosy picture of TAMOnline.  The webinar seemed targeted as agency principals and they used the word "free" about 20 times in just the end segment that I saw.  AS seems to be selling this product as a major cost savings to agents - is this true?  If so, what if anything, are we giving up in exchange?

We're currently on in-house TAM 10.7 and it runs well.  In-house, we have an Exchange 2003 server, an Apres eTfile server (Connexion Version), a Blackberry BES server, a Fax@ server, and a Windows Server 2003.  I maintain all of these which run well with minimal effort.

I got an actual quote from AS some time back.  

We are a lot smaller than you so it is not apples to apples, but when I considered the fact that TAM Online would NOT remove the need for a file server there was NO way to justify the cost of TAM Online.  And this was before we virtualized TAM, which if I reevaluated today would certainly make the case that much weaker.

And personally I would think in your case with 60 users (assuming most if not all use TAM) the training costs are going to be up there.  Yes it is still TAM, but some things are obviously going to change work-flow wise as others in here can detail better than me.
