Report on Certificate Issuance

I was approached by a CSR who manages a number of very large P&C accounts, and he wanted to know whether or not there was any type of report that can be run in TAM on certificate issuance; what kind was requested, who it was sent to, etc. After a bit of scanning, I didn't find anything that would meet his requirements. If anyone could provide some direction, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

It appears you can run a search on certificates so you could customize the results to whatever you want.  The only thing I noticed was the operator who actually issued the cert is not one of the criteria, but issue date and type are there.
