Title: MyTAM workflows
Post by: Andrew Carrick on August 31, 2010, 06:51:55 AM
Never really used these but can see they could be useful. Anybody have any strong views? Also anybody have any easy-to-use guidance notes on how to create new workflows as it seems a bit tricky at first sight?

We tried them once and quickly abandoned them. The workflow was kind of clunky and added so many unnessary steps. It's one of those TAM things that sounds good in theory, but was never fully developed.

We only found it useful for very new users, doing very simple things.  Found it was best to utilize the on-line training, in combination with our own procedures trained by experienced users.

Thanks Coral, slight problem in that we in the UK don't have access to the online resources you do.
