Title: Problem moving Prospect to Customer
Post by: Andrew Carrick on July 29, 2010, 11:44:55 AM
"Error occurred while frmMoveLoad. Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection."

Anybody seen this and know of a fix?

The knowledgebase has this error when moving customer to prospect, but I assume the fix would be the same.

It's say to run rebuild sections for that particular client.

Thank you. We don't have access to the KB any more in the UK.  :(

Tried that but unfortunately hasn't worked. However got me thinking that it may be to do with Apps so will check these.

Why don't you have access to the KB? UK users left ASCNET, but the KB is Applied's. There should be no relationship between the UK/Ascnet split and Applied support info.

I believe there's some contractual issue between Applied and their UK licencees.

Managed to fix this, but by chance really. Deleted the Prospect and recreated it, lost the two policies but that's no big deal. Retained all the activities and attachments and it allowed the move. Still waiting for Support....
