"File router - An error occured while displaying router"
You have a file in the file routing area that does not have a file extension on it. The file preview function of the attachment program does not know how to handle files that don't have a Windows file association entry. This is very common with Canon scanners. It is the reason that I gave everyone their own mapped drives for image attachments - because it stops anyone who uses that mapped drive from attaching files. Just add a .TIF extension and you should be good to go.
thanks - that appears to have done the trick!
Glad I could help!
