I have been asked to find an independent person to help a small agent determine which agency management system would be best for their situation. Anyone know of anyone who does this?
Steve Anderson, but he's not cheap. I've seen others who offer this sort of service, but none who I would allow into an agency that I cared about at all.
We discussed this briefly at one of our automation meetings some months ago. I can't remember who was mentioned so that is not useful, but I do remember that the point of the conversation was that, other than Steve Anderson, many people were getting out of this space for one reason or another.
We have also discussed putting something together to help IIAW members choose. I suspect that if you suggest they contact the Big I, we will receive an email from Matt asking us to help this person. Maybe you want to send an email to our committee and see what kind of feedback you get? I assume you are on the committee again this year...
