What are other agencies using to present renewals to commercial insureds? Do you compare limits, exposures and premiums year over year or just use a proposal and present the renewal?
Meeting with client: We use a spreadsheet premium comparison for current and renewal premium review and agents cover current coverages and any changes that have taken place with renewal (addition or deletion of coverages/forms) as well asking questions regarding any changes that may have occurred since last contact with agency. They use a Commcl checklist that we created and update as needed.
