Asking this one "for a friend"...

Single client affected, user clicks on Add and gets error: "Index and length must refer to a location within the string. Parameter name: length". Anybody seen that before and know a fix?

Turns out there was a non-standard character in the TAM ref number, so the case needs to go thru Renames utility.
