.22WMR are the best. .45ACP not as wonderful. .22LR just to see if one can get on target, no serious destruction. 9mm is the next runner up in my opinion. No idea about rifle shots or different loads of shot. Seems like buckshot would be interesting. Point of impact makes a big difference for all ammo. .45 is actually interesting, it doesn't go through, but it will knock the socks off of the backside of where it hits. Kind of like those science balls where the first one hits and the last one swings away because of the transfer of energy. Take extreme care because angle of impact equals angle of reflection and some of the material used in hard drives is pretty solid.
It will be 9mm Luger. 8)
