We recently upgraded to TAM2013 - now several of our users are getting Application errors when they try and view apps in history. Applied says there is no fix right now but there is a PMR out there for this and they have escalated it to the top. Is anyone else experiencing this - and how are you handling it. CSR's not happy!

Is it all apps or certain ones? Thanks.
So far it has been home and auto, BOP, umbrella, BA, PCKG. But like a FARM or MARI - (custom) seem to be able to open those.
We found this - it has happened in some prior versions also. It was primarily the old applications (like 10+ yrs) , newer apps in history were OK..
While we were on 11 we couldn't view our custom Group Medical apps either. If it's older ones, that's not so awful. Thank you for the clarification.
Unfortunately ours seem to be ones that were sent to history recently.
We had periodic issues on past versions. I think part of the problem was different editions of Acord app having been used over time. Now they are using Print Preview to display them and I haven't seen a problem.
