Title: Real Time Link - Losing it randomly
Post by: otisbuster on March 31, 2014, 01:23:57 PM
Workstation Windows 7 64 bit  Tam 2013.1 Build 12.5.3
Some workstations are losing their RT Link out of the clear blue sky?  Applied tells us to rename the WINTAM folder and it reconnects us, but we still randomly lose the link.  After clicking on the real time button, a message comes up saying: applied systems.TAM.realtime.realtime has stopped working. . . windows is checking for a solution.

I tested it before and after running superantispyware and that definately wipes out the Real Time link, however, it is also happening on a workstation that superantispyware was not run on.  To make matters worse, on that unique workstation and one other (that Real Time actually works on), the user brings up a TAM customer and then clicks on a function like adding an activity, and TAM brings up a completely different irrevalant customer.
Help please. . thank you! :)
