Title: Claims Reports in Excel 2007
Post by: Andrew Carrick on May 10, 2010, 04:20:24 AM
Could someone who's on v.10 please test a Claims Search for open claims for me? Does Excel 2007 fill the "Date Closed" column (which should of course be empty) with "00/01/1900"? Support over here are telling us they can't give us a fix, other than to roll back Excel to 2003. Seems nuts to me  >:( Our claims people are immediately jumping to the conclusion that everything in Claims reports is now wrong. Thanks in advance.

Why yes, it does. On 10.4 even. Except here it's 1/0/1900 in the American style. Simply find & replace to blank should fix it quick enough. Must be a shorthand in TAM for "no date" just like the A0, B0 stuff.
