Title: where's the delay
Post by: Lynne Desrochers on February 20, 2014, 05:42:06 PM
We had a recent switch of email carriers and I have one person that has had 2 emails delayed by 30 minutes for the past two days, both around 4 - 4:30. today she got an email that was sent at 7:36am and showed  up at 4:30. Odd. Can I post the properties here or is that a bad idea?
Thank you!

You could feed the message header here: http://tools.appriver.com/AnalyzeHeader.aspx and see where the hold up was.

Probably other places that do the same or similar.

Thanks Hans. That was fun, but didn't tell me about the time? very odd. I have submitted them directly to the carrier for review and answers.  I will check out that site again.

This could be like multiple mx records or something related, but I'm not in the office to research for you.

I how to be back today though so if you haven't gotten anywhere by the time I'm back, I'll start poking around.
