Title: AU Vacation setting
Post by: Ric on July 26, 2013, 11:42:08 AM
Is there a Vacation setting on AU?

I've poked around but can't find where to turn off Email notifications of replies to threads I'm watching.

Thanx.

Ric

Not one, per se, that I am aware of.

I assume you mean something to stop the forums from sending you a pile of emails from threads you are subscribed to?

The better question is where are you going for vacation Ric? Are you going to TENcon in 2 months?  Coming up quick!  :)

Thanx for letting me know.  It's not a big deal.  Just would be nice if there was a vacation "switch" ala the "other side"

Bob,

We are headed to sunny Tabernacle, NJ for our 9th annual "working" vacation at Delanco Camp.  http://delanco.org/

Delanco is a Christian camp with our our week being for high school kids.  We expect about 100 teens.  It is always high energy and lots of fun / intentionally ment more for them than we staff but we manage to get in a bit of fun :)

It's a lot of work but worth it and very rewarding to see the young people gain something during the week and "grow"

Totally out of my element there as I am the Tech for the week LOL.

Thanx for asking!

Ric

Enjoy your vacation.

Thanx Trisha.

it's for a great cause (about 100 high school age kids)  pretty tough on this old guy but it's totally worth it.  I've been "resting" at work for 3 days and I'm still trying to get back to feeling normal.

all good though! :)
