The heading says it all. Is there a setting to automatically delete TAM Emails from the Outlook sent folder?
Not that I know of. Would have saved me hours cleaning up a former employee's Outlook if there had been. 600 emails sitting there that had to be reviewed, checked to see if processed, attached, etc. NOT a good thing.
I agree with Dana. This should be at least an option to prompt each time. When sending from TAM and having it attach to TAM, I wouldn't think that there would be any reason to keep them. Even if the Email bounces back, the bounce notice would be an indication that they need to resend it.
If they're worried about this, TAM could monitor for the bounce notice and tell the user that they need to resend the Email. This is one of those times when you have to manage for the 99% of the time and not worry about the 1% exception to that rule. Maybe a PMR is in order.
