Title: Comml Auto - how many veh can you have on a policy?
Post by: Jan Regnier on January 03, 2013, 05:15:37 PM
CSA put in 8 new vehs which brought the total to 69 on this client.  The Change  Req shows the 8 she added.  However , when she updated the file, only 3 of the eight were put on the policy.

I was told you could have as many as 99 on a TAM policy, but I've never had to prove it.

I think this is the issue:  We put in 3 vehs last week just to get ID cards.  No C/R done.  Today, she added 8 vehs (including the 3 already added) with Addl Interests in HISTORY C/R - which does not update CURRENT app.  She needs to do C/R in current to add the other 5 vehs & Addl Interests to the current policy....  Not sure why she didn't recognize this.   But I think that is the issue - so 3 didn't really "come over" from the update process...they were already there (manually).
