Title: Comml Umbrella App - Care Custody Control
Post by: Jan Regnier on December 28, 2012, 10:00:56 AM
Applied says you must select one -  :-\

In the umbrella app - if none of the A,B,C,D descriptions apply and you don't mark any of them, the info put in the blank fields does not print.  It appears ONE of the ABCD has to be selected in order for the info put in the blank fields to print - which means then you must "white out" the ABCD selected in order to get info to print.

Is this correct - or is there some other process to get the info to print without selecting ABCD?

Why would you not want to pick ABC or D?

Apparently none of the options applied to this particular situation...it is for a food distributor ( like fruits & veggies etc) and the info applied to a product (I don't do comml lines stuff but I think this is the situation)

D is other - I would think you would use that. I know these apps are being set up that you use acord standards, and that is why you would have to choose one of them. I would think that this would be like trying to put in a commercial auto liability limit without putting in one of the symbols from 1 to 9.

Indeed, Alice is right, if A,B, or C don't apply then choose D - other. The producer can choose whether to explain it or not.
