Title: Acord forms

Another question...we have TAM version 10.8 that has outdated Acord forms - are we out of luck or is there a way to get those new forms loaded in?

Acord forms are updated with TAM updates/upgrades...can't load them separately.  The TAM documentation for each update/upgrade will list the Acord forms that are being replaced or updated.

In addition to what Jan's mentioned, if you have specific forms you need updated (especially for regulatory reasons) you can always contact policy support to ask a request can be put in for getting that form updated. In some cases (like the ACORD 22) there are already plans to have it in a future version (12 in this case) in which case, you'll want to update to that version as soon as it's released (later this year, I imagine we'll have more firm date information at TENCon in a few weeks, but I can't confirm that since I'm not going this year).
