What are some of the ways you note that a policy is paid/billed through premium finance?
Do you have a code somewhere on the billing screen?
I appreciate the input!
We use the Pay Mode single character field for this.
We have a PAY MODE "F" = Financed Outside with billing as AGENCY on the billing screen.

We have that too. I wonder if it's a TAM standard...like everyone has that one.

Probably is...I don't think I would have used that particular verbiage if I had input that description/code.
We (v.10.8) don't have a pay mode 'F'. It lists 0 - don't use, 3 - 40-30-30, 8 - one down pmt, 8 monthly, 9 - (similar to 8), A - annually, M - monthly, Q - quarterly, S - semi-annually. Those are all the choices. I know one can create more, one can maybe delete also? I may have done those things long ago.
I was able to delete that one and saw there was another
C=Financed Company
This is the first time I've been in this area so I do not know if they added/removed anything before I started working here.
You can add/delete/revise them. They're in utils>general>field defaults>Define policy pay plans.
