Anyone have any experience vanquishing this?
The KB just keeps saying "Call Accounting Support."
Whenever we've had that it has involved Support (UK) journalling some items for us to correct an imbalance. Doesn't happen very opften though. Are you getting it regularly (as the actress said to the bishop)?
Just getting on 1 client at the moment, and I can even point the finger at the mirror for the cause - sometimes when I think I am outsmarting TAM/HAL, it/he makes a point of correcting that conviction on my part. Guess I need to be humbled every now & then. >:(
