Title: Explanation on certificates?

Anyone have available the documents explaining for an insured or cert holder what can or cannot be done with certificates?  I had this at prior agencies, but do not have access to it anymore.  If you do, it'll save me from inventing the wheel again.

Did you use the whitepapers and explanations from the IIABA? They should still be on their website.
