Title: win 7 Closeday printing to CutePDF
Post by: Lynne Desrochers on May 25, 2012, 04:00:49 PM
The girl in my office who runs closeday recently got a windows 7 computer. We have always printed closeday to PDF's using CutePDF writer. She usually saves the sections to her desktop labeling them CD May 25 1, CD May 25 2 and so on, then when finished emails out the different reports. We are having an issue where she saves all 7 sections, but only 1 2 5 and 7 are left on her desktop when finished.  Is anyone else running into this issue? Is there a better workflow?
As always thanks in advance for any advice.
Lynne

As a follow up, i downloaded PDF Pro10 for the trial and it works just fine. Before I purchase it, I'll uninstall CutePDF one more time, reinstall it and see if it works.

If you're going with a commercial program, try FinePrint's PDF Factory.  It will sit open and collect all of your reports and save them to one PDF file.  Very handy for night time reports.
