Title: non-US companies in US TAM
Post by: Hans Manhave on January 31, 2012, 11:23:02 AM
How does one enter a non-US company in the company detail of TAM?

City, State & Zip don't quite work out.  I'm needing a Lloyd's syndicate.

Apart from zip and state aren't those fields free-type? We have a couple of non-UK insurers set up on our TAM but we don't write to them and don't handle accounts so it's no big deal for us.

We take one of two approaches, similar in customers (we have many in Japan) - we use the city for what is needed in zip, and use the other lines including attention to get the info in.

Second approach is the contact.

In utilities you can add two-letter codes for countries.  I have UK, CN, MX.

Same here. Also have BC for British Columbia. Don't know if it helps though.
