Title: Surplus Lines verbiage to "stamp" on certs without a stamp
Post by: Lance Bateman on January 12, 2012, 09:41:27 PM
New employee, says she was able at a prior employer using TAM to add the surplus lines "stamp" information to certificates (looked just like the stamp, was not in the Description area), without using an actual stamp.

She says they "dragged" it (doesn't remember where from) over the certificate (not sure at what point, maybe in preview).

Does this sound familiar to anyone?  If so, anyone have the instructions on setup and doing this?

Thanks.

Not me. We use pdfFactory for such things. For example, to add a 'stamp' to each invoice.

Acrobat has the ability to apply "stamps" to documents. They're simply image files that Acrobat can import as using the stamp tool.

I've never seen anything like that in TAM, but like Jim said you can create custom stamps to add to PDFs in Adobe Acrobat.

PDF-XChange Viewer also allows you to create and use stamps on PDF documents, even in their free version.
