I need to run some reports out of AMS Prime tomorrow, anyone with experience in that system and have time for a short phone call?

We have a friend that is using AMS 360 - I asked him if he had any suggestions or guidance for the reports... He indicated AMS Customer Service is helpful and they have a Users group online also - although he didn't have a web address for it....he was on the road when I got a hold of him... don't know if that is of any help...but it's worth a try.
