We've gotten this before, can't remember how I fixed it, or if it was related to our use of non-standard drives (M: and N: versus C: and D: etc.)

Can you post the full error message Rick? also have a look at the wiki - there's some stuff on there about reports errors.

turns out this was not the Raw Output Error error - that was, unable to find excel.exe at location such and such; the fix for that was to blow away or rename [user home dir]\windows\wintam.ini and [user home dir]\windows\wtsetup.ini and then run:

g:\wintam\tamini.exe /r
