I am really looking for an electronic data usage form specifically addressing emails on smart phones and giving us (the agency) the rights to wipe phones if employee leaves or is terminated.
Anything out there?
I don't yet, but am thinking about it in a different venue, which is why I brought it up. Do you have a computer-usage agreement? I'm on a committee for our state church governance and this is an item that is being proposed and hopefully will be a boiler-plate document for the churches to use. I'd like to expand it from 'computers' to 'electronic devices' since the usage the different items are merging together.
