Out of interest, how many codes do you have and do you use them for reporting? I'm increasingly of the opinion that they're not much use to us.

Obviously "CL" has a significance as it forces system to close an actvity.

We have the "canned" categories that came along with TAM (but don't use most of them) and we have a few others that we use such as: Quoting, Quote Followup, Application F/U, Gathering Data, Call the Co U/W, Renewal Change F/u.

Ahhhhhhhhh...no ...(sometimes it ends up being that way, though) ;D
