Just wondering if anyone had experience or dealt with them. Need some feedback as we are looking into using them.
We are talking to them too. Two agents in GA have had very good results using them - sales increased greatly, more business driven to their website.
A couple of others signed up, but they aren't doing the work to make it work. They haven't followed recommendations, etc.
I'd be interested to see if others here have used.
Lot's of feedback at insurance journal forum on this topic:

Saw that too - but a lot of that "info" is incorrect or incomplete.

Interesting, yes. Also sounded like the battle of the cry babies in the end there.
After reading those posts, I imagined them in a field wielding light sabers taking wacks at each other.
You can't keep up that level of communication with every single customer, so what happens with these folks after you write their business? You don't really have any relationship with them other than e-mail blasts, blogs, etc... Nothing really personal. Do these accounts stick around 2 or 3 years later? I'm also concerned about the price. Sounds very expensive to me.
They told us they are fully compatible with TAM. That is what has me concerned as I have yet to find a 3rd party company "fully compatible" with TAM. I don't even think TAM is compatible with itself :)
I have two clients who use Astonish results. Both are pretty happy with Astonish overall, but they are NOT "fully compatible" with TAM.
