Just curious if anyone has a checklist that their CSRs use on each renewal. I don't want one that's 24 pages long, but rather one that's usable but relatively complete. Thanks in advance.
Jeff - attached is the process we use - most of it is still used. There may be some outdated language but the process still is used. 3 docs - one for renewal when changing Ins Co, one for Agency bill renewals and then just general renewal. Is this the kind of info you were looking for?
